    Ltd. Edition Bright Eyes CD

5 years after releasing their debut album Rock N’ Roll, Punk & Soul, the Wolverhampton based punk rock band are set to release their latest EP ‘Bright Eyes’ on 2 October.

The EP was written, recorded and produced at the bands studio just outside of their home town over the spring and summer of 2017 during which time the band were battling Sony signed Dutch band Call It Off over the plagiarism of their song ‘Sorry’ originally written in 2007.

Flatline Stereo!’s lead singer and guitarist, Leigh Bucknall, comments ‘We shed a lot of blood, sweat and sick writing and recording this EP particularly as we were trying to settle the plagiarism case with Call It Off at the same time. We eventually came out with 100% writing credits for ‘Sorry’, it’s been a long and painful 8 months to get to this point’

Regarding the new EP Jimmy Stix drummer for FS! Comments ‘Track 5 ‘Little Sister’ is the best song we’ve ever written. ‘Bright Eyes’ has taken us to the next level of writing and recording, I hope everyone digs it as much as we do.’

The band are set to play a series of live shows in support of the EP, with dates in Wolverhampton on 6 October and Manchester Neighbourhood Festival on 7 October.

Dan Gill, bassist comments ‘We’ve always been a band who’s more comfortable on stage than in the studio, and the new songs are sounding mega in rehearsal. We just want to get out there now and play!’

    Track Listing:

    1. We were young

    2. Hurricane

    3. Don’t get me wrong

    4. It must be you (‘cause it’s not me)

    5. Little Sister

‘Bright Eyes’ is released on 2 October 2017 and available to download from ITunes, Spotify and all usual channels. Follow the band @ www.facebook.com/flatlinestereouk
